Random AMV ideas

I was watching AS last night and listening to music/watching AMV's and some of the music from the AMV, beats an lyrics (depending on what I was listening to), and I was just wondering if anyone got any ideas like that? Sometimes its just fun to listen music and watch anime trailers or anime on CN just to see what might miraculously match up.

actually yes lol

i was once doing an AMV and dropped a clip in and was going through it and found a part that matched up perfectly

i ended up changing about 30 seconds of footage because i thought it looked so good lol

I like to take anything out of my AMV playlist, mute the sound and play something by Captain Beefheart.

The result is often fast and bulbous.

I also like to do that, when I'm really, really, really bored, not using Captain Beefhart though. Ever since I heard making love to a vampire with a monkey on my knee my life has never been the same.

As for accidental AMV's, the best one I've come up with so far is Euphoria with Debra Kadabra (Captain Beefheart & Frank Zappa, album Bongo Fury). The sync is pretty awesome/trippy if you start the song the moment the word 'Euphoria' fades from the title...

Well, at the very least, I must admit the lyric sync on 'Caused me to shout!' is pretty bloody good

I was listening to Suffocate by Finger 11... and played Rozard's Price to Fly.

While I didn't start them simultaneously, but the point I started the amv the ending had matched up pretty well.

And I generally get ideas (not that I've done any of them) when I happen to think of anime while listening to a certain song. And then inspiration hits.
