Calling all lunatics!!!

I have an idea for a vid, but I would need raving lunatics for it. They can't just be lunatics however, they also have to look the part. And preferably, I would like them to look a little creepy as well. So far, the only one I can think of is Mad Pierrot from Cowboy Bebop. Any suggestions?

For the idea, I was trying to go with a more "serious" look. Speaking of which, I just thought of good ol' Mr. Me-Mania from Perfect Blue

I've always thought that Dilandau from Escaflowne, especially the movie, looked quite creepy and was stark raving nuts.

While the raving part is a bit debatable, you could prob. get away with Professor Saotome from Getter Robo: Armageddon

I was trying to keep it all anime, and even besides that, I was looking for characters more along the lines of Mad Pierrot and Me-Mania-san. Thanks though.
