To make sure the recommendation is not ignored though (it's definitely worth watching) -

dwchang - Evolution - a good all-around action AMV. Honestly, it's also good for making the 'uninitiated' think Kenshin is cool or something, thanks to the good visual flow and lots of action and 'flash'.

And, yea, the piano keys.

I'll also go and suggest a recent favorite,
downwithpants - Tomoe in the Moonlight - I really like the music choice and the editing. A good one for the OAV, and unlike most others it actually doesn't focus on the bloody action, going for romance/drama instead.
