What exactly does it mean by 'Domain Name'?

The "www." and the ".com", ".org", ".net", ".gov" etc. plus whatever comes between it.
www.animemusicvideos.org
www.fark.com
www.whitehouse.gov

What are talking about exactly?

If you want to download an AMV:
Go to animemusicvideos.org
Log in.
Look for the "Search for AMV" link on the lower-left side of the screen.
Use the Search funtion.
Type whatever specific information you want to.
Hit search.
Download.

Of course, you have to wait two weeks after you registered before you can download videos, and since it looks like you registered today, you have two weeks left before you can download AMVs from the website.

This rules only applies to Local Downloads.
Tsunake can still download direct or indirect AMV (provided that the link works).
