Where can I find it? [anime from Yatta AMV]

Does anyone know whos amv was some video named "yatta"? It had a funny japanese song in the background (yatta-song) and there were many animes in it... Can't remember the words of the song...
Well I would like to know about one anime in there, don't know it's name, but that guy who ripped his shirt open and started to rub himself...

Everytime I see that picture I always expect a DDR arrow to come flying out of his pants. Thanks a lot AMV_4000, now I would like my sanity back.
