2 - Nine Inch Nails - Closer
3 - Trina - Nasty B****
4 - Butthole Surfers - Detachable Penis
5 - Eamon - F*** It

Of course this is just for fun and obviously inclusion of such songs would be against the terms of agreement... (I think) but i'm talking is in someone actually making one.

the songs that the org will never use are probably the ones that aren't well known enough or are not available digitally/can't be converted digitally.

That could well have been done already...if it hasn't I'm sure the subject matter wouldn't stop it from being made. There are one or two guys here who'd do it.
