First of all, when you post amvs on big sites, such as a-m-v.org or other websites, they always so no(unavailable for dl). 2nd Why must people leave no review when it hits 1500?

1) They, that is the .org pages, say "no" (unavailable for D/L) if the creator forgot to actually upload and/or confirm the video upload.

2) Because they don't have to.

Although its quite difficult to understand your language, I will attempt to respond to what I think your questions are.

Many videos are not available for download because the creator didn't put them up for download. Simple as that.

People don't leave reviews because they are lazy.

God. I hate seeing a person that doesn't even have their video uploaded get 3x as many hits as me.

No, actually he only has 15 hits on his most viewed video, not 1500. He seems to have a very poor conception of how this site works.
