What is a good FTP site?

My memory is cloged as it is, so I don't really want to download anything.

I'm a bit confused. If it's a FTP program you are looking for, I personally have had no problems with CuteFTP though I hear SmartFTP might be the overall better program.

If it's an actual site...well, a site for what? Most things I can imagine a person wanting an FTP site for are violations of the Forum Rules to discuss...
