Looking for "girly" badboys..

I'm toying with an idea for an AMV (duh), but i need to get anime that features male characters that appear very effeminate in dress or looks even perhaps temporary (disguise), but they have to be badasses, not wimpy...
So far I have

Kuja - ff9
Griffith - Beserk
whats his/her Name from Vandread

but i've gone oddly blank after those...any help will be appreciated...

Go get Fushigi Yuugi, there's something like twenty of them. Also just reach for any shoujo anime out there. What you need are bishounens. Weiss Kreus is another god option. But trust me on this and get Fushigi Yuugi, it's a great show either way.

There was an ep of Outlaw Star where Gene had to dress like a woman...but I can't remember which one it was...

The main character in I My Me Strawberry Eggs dresses like a girl all the time and is really bad ass. Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) also has an episode where Onizuka dresses up like a girl, and he's an x-motorcycle gang member. I can't remember if he's making a weird face during that or not though.

Now, which guy looks more feminine to you? And considering that the first one can lift huge boulders and STILL looks that feminine, I think he wins in what is being sought for here.
