Are you including multi-editor projects? If so, the DDR projects or the Animix might be contenders for the biggest.

Considering that this thread will probably be locked shortly due to people lacking the seriousness here, I just wanted to say that I believe the AniMix is the biggest, but I'm not 100% sure. It's a good question, but no one here aside from two others are taking it seriously.
