In that case, if you're looking for suggestions on song and anime -
I suggest the AMV Suggestions forum. If you're looking for ideas, asking there is a good start.

Ok, I can see that you're kind of new here.

Try reading Moonslayers guide as a good introductory to the site.

I'm guessing that you meant, "how to take screen captures". Check out the guide above.
Also, remember that while, 'many' people here use downloaded stuff it's frowned upon and against the rules to ask for it. The same applies to music.
