I need some help...

Alright... I'm halfway through a video... (I'm using an anime that hasn't really been viewed all that much) And I showed it to a friend, and they were completely lost... (They have NEVER seen the anime, so they had no idea what was going on) ...So I made up some subtitles and added them to the video, and they said it helped them understand the plot a lot better.

So I'm wondering... If you're watching an amv, and there are subtitles (ONLY SOMETIMES AND FOR A REASON) like this one...

Does it bother you? Or help you? (If you haven't seen the anime)

I'd have to see the video before I could let you know...
I know personally I hate to add subtitles and I try to delete them where I can, though sometimes they remain stuck...
It loses alot of hits, can I ask what anime your using?
