Re: curious...
A more extensive guide to filters would be nice - not exactly the pre-made AVS files that you can find on the AMVWiki but something that would demystify the filtering process a little.Pwolf wrote:who would be interested in a guide on how to edit using avisynth?

As far as a guide in actually editing... seems like masochism to me.

Re: curious...
i'm not familar with filters at all. i only know how to edit with avisynth (which requires no outside filters), so any guide i make will be strictly how to edit a video using only aviysnth (and vdub to get frame numbers and clip searching).dokool wrote:A more extensive guide to filters would be nice - not exactly the pre-made AVS files that you can find on the AMVWiki but something that would demystify the filtering process a little.Pwolf wrote:who would be interested in a guide on how to edit using avisynth?

I wouldn't mind seeing it, though, a guide explaining what can be done in Avisnth would be nice instead of just browsing the documention in the AMVapp and AMV wiki.

Yeah, like http://www.avisynth.org/index.php?page=AviSynthManual...mikestrife wrote:The more guides the better!
I think that most people are using Avisynth right now only to do what the EAD's guide says, so if you expand of that and show people all the other things Avisynth can do then I think that would benefit alot of people.
Oh wait, I just linked to an existing page. Well, shoot.
