Most people just create their own.

If you really, really, really want to join an established studio, you could always apply for entrance into KPL. No guarantees on admittance though. I'd need to see an example of your work.

I dunno what I'd do if someone asked to join SynMedia...

Since, ya know, SynMedia is just a 'company name' I slap on stuff cause it sounds cool...

And then there's my RPBP, an MEP that everyone is a member of, except they don't know it and are too lazy to edit anything for it. Which, to think, is exactly like most other MEPs

all very helpful but i would like leaders of studios to look at my videos and tell me if i am good enough or not

I don't think that happens much, unless you are absolutely amazing and aren't affiliated with anyone then maybe, but still a slim chance.

There aren't really "Studio Recruiters". The best you can do is find a studio you like and ask them to check out your stuff.

But like has been said before. Most studios are small and made up of friends and usually don't take on new members they don't know.
