I need help figuring out how these lyrics apply to Furuba...

Hi guys. I want to try an learn to make AMVs, and to start with I want to do a short, simple song. My idea is the song 'Which Describes How You're Feeling All The Time' by They Might Be Giants, using the anime Fruits Basket. (The only anime DVDs I own are Furuba, so this cannot be avoided.) Anyways, I was wondering if someone could look at the lyrics and tell me how they might make sense. They do in my head, but I can't quite figure out how.

Now I understand you're making your amv a bit more serious, but I just cracked laughing when I thought about that line and the part where Kyo comes through the ceiling to attack Yuki (when we meet Kyo for the first time).

I think it would be great to outline Tohru. I just think it fits her...she says she feels fine but she seldom does inside. Shows her being a bit down all the time.
I myself have only seen 2 AMVs fo Furuba. Whatever you do with it I hope it adds nicely to my 4 gigs of AMVs...i no 4 isn't that many...dial...up...

P.S. You should so use Kyo flying threw the ceiling...nice call street_

Whelp, as I see it you got two possibilities. #1 is the serious video which shows how one of the female characters is attracted to one of the male characters but doesn't know how to act on it and just sits around moping. (Of course, the video wouldn't cast it quite like that, but still.) I haven't seen the anime, just the manga, but I know it should work with several characters, and especially seems to fit Tohru reflecting on Yuki.

The other possibility is more of a subversively humorous video- the sort which occasionally tells blatant lies and doesn't care, like Preoccupied with 1985. By this, I mean an AMV that casts the song as being about how Yuki sees Kyo. Potential title: "Which describes how fangirls are feeling all the time."

I think this could be about how Tohru has to eventually choose between kyo and yuki. I don't know if you read the manga, but she still hasn't decided. It's an ongoing decision for her.
