- Windows Movie Maker 2, which comes with Windows XP.
- DVD drive that came with your computer.
- DVDs borrowed from someone you know.
Total cost: $0.

Adobe After Effects. It's hard to get that 'cheap effects whore' feeling in a video without AE. Think about it, what would Decoy do without AE?
