Definition of anime.

This is wikipedias definition, A style of animation developed in Japan, characterized by stylized colorful art and often adult themes.

Ok so no adult theme, still anime?
Not originally from Japan, still anime?
Black and white, still anime?

What is your definition of anime? where do you draw the line? example would be a games company creating anime to sell games.
