And I'm not just saying that to be funny. I have almost no social life whatsoever, and it depresses me to no end. Although AMVs aren't really to blame for that, I've wasted more time on this computer doing AMV-related things than going out and having a real life, and I really do wish I could take that time back and be more socially active.

x2 Though I don't know if it would have helped. I'm generally reclusive by nature. I mean, before I even had a computer, I would spend most of my time in my room anyway. Usually drawing, reading, writing, thinking, sewing, listening to music, etc. I would just go attempt to be social when I was bored. (Then get depressed when it failed miserably. ) So AMVing has really just helped keep me busy during my times of solitude. Of course, its also made me more stressed, more likely to ignore my friends when I'm in the middle of a project, and completely talentless (since I've ignored a lot of the other stuff I was starting to get good at, like art and writing and sewing/designing, so now I'm not really good at them anymore. And lord knows I'm not really good at AMVs. lol) Oh God, what am I doing with my life?! lol. j/k. Like a true nerd, it's ruined my life, and I love every second of it.CrackTheSky wrote:x2shinodude wrote:having a life

x2! I don't wanna think of taking it back, cause all the bestest things I have, have something to do with me getting into editing.Ileia wrote:Maybe this is just me, but given the choice, I wouldn't take it back. I like what I've done and I like the friends I've made from spending a lot of time editing and just being around the community.
besides, I would be even more bored then I already am :\
