1990s anime video--anyone know the artist/group?

i saw wall e tonight, and it reminded me of this video.

the video took place in the future. some company was mass producing "happiness" or something similar off an assembly line and people were purchasing tons of it.

anyone remember the group/artist or video?

i believe it was played on mtv, and i think the artist/group may have started with the letter k.

Actually it wouldn't be "Everything" it could just be something. I don't see nothing, means I see something, not necessarily everything.
