Transformation GO!

I need some help with my current AMV. Can I get some anime suggestions that feature magical girl transformations aside from Nurse Witch Komugi, Princess Tutu, Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, and Cardcaptor Sakura? Preferably newer anime shows.

Im working on something that uses transformation scenes as well
so i'll be keeping an eye on this thread

Eh, I don't really watch any magical girl shows, but I seem to recall Mai-HiME having some. (And therefore, so do the other shows from the Mai-xxxx universe.)

For the sheer randomness of it, you should use Kyou's transformation scene from Clannad. Mostly because it's so out of the blue and probably underused. XD

gotta love clannad, best transformation scene ever. hmm, seems most series were taken

episode 1 of melencholy of haruhi suzumiya as them making the home made video staring a magical girl, i think they have a very badly done transformation scene, or attempt at one in there, cant remember for sure though

Absolutely best transformation scene in an anime goes to Puni Puni Poemi. But then again, I'm twisted. The bit with the socks nearly made me spew milk out of my nose the first time I saw it, because I do the same thing.

Don't know if it's exactly the "tone" you're looking for, but I love it.

I was thinking in The Powerpuff Girls Z and Corrector Yui (I think nobody mentioned them). Btw I found this near Puni Puni Poemi video. Maybe it can give you ideas, honestly I only recognized two or three animes
