House!

I'm buying a house today! yeah me! I'm actually going to be buying a house. I can't believe this. It's so surprising. I don't know anything about such matters, but I do have money. The house is a fixer upper. Needs alot of work. However the land and the size of the house is really really good for what I could afford. I really can only afford a 2 bedroom 1 bath house that's 700 sq ft and 6000 sq ft. of land. What I'm buying is a 5 bedroom 2 bath house with 1200+ sq ft of house, and 9000 sq ft. of land. For about the same price. People just don't like the house because it needs paint and some love. I can't wait. I'm going to have a house! I'm going to have a house! It will be all mine! In about thirty years, but it still will be my house!

It's in California, southern california in Azusa to be exact. I will be having work parties to fix it up some as it will need some work. It's a big deal for me.
