Ok, here's my 1.24378 pence, (I just can't say 2 cents! :P ) the word love is thrown around in that conversation too many times. Not even commenting on your age, the falling in and out of love seems a bit off, perhaps a redefinition of love is needed?

He sounds to me like a typical infatuated teenager (believe me, been there), yet I don't think that anyone here can give sound advice based on that internet conversation, perhaps more detail on the cruelty given and received? Obviously your relationship as a friend with this kid is struggling, let alone anything more, odds are this kid's balls are doing the thinking, rather than rational thought.

I won't comment on the Kevin thing, only to ask how you hope to pursue a form of relationship with him, (online relationships were never my cup of tea, especially after I had a couple).

And have you spoken about this in person? I see too many teenagers nowadays (God I sound like an old man!) talking important talk over the IMs and Text messages, I gotta tell you, makes false pretenses so much easier, along with emotion coming through badly or not at all.[/b]

Whoops, I kind of left out an answer to the post there, I'd say just casually apologise for being mean, but it's his own fault if he's being lead on despite your multiple dumpings of him. Essentially his teenage mind has fucked him around a bit, and will do some more, but he'll get over it. Everyone does...

I felt bad, but there has been so many times he's made me cry, so I took the advice of a friend, and I'll apologize to his face. I'll feel better inside.

Of course. There's a lot of things you just have to do in person. I hate people who 'text dump'.

ok, you are going to need to explain that coversation in a little more detail because I have no idea wtf was going on in that conversation.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

...the problem I see a lot is that many good amv makers think they suck, and many bad amv makers think they're good.
I've seen it happen, man! I've SEEN IT!..
