Get a heap of rest, don't stress yourself out and keep up your fluids. Eat alot too. Those last two will bolster your immune systems reserves up and prevent further infection and damage. And see a doctor (if you havnt already) because busted eardrums can lead to deep infections which can lead to irreperable brain damage. And I'm not just saying that to scare you.

I'm actually feeling a lot better now! i've had painkillers and anti-biotics more or less the whole time but apart from a dull throb (rather than a shooting pain) in my ear I feel fine!
