2wk waiting .

Hi everybody,
Just wanted to greet everyone here since I'm new and all. Well anyways...when I tried downloading a AMV it said that I had to wait a period of 2 weeks. Is that right?

You have to wait two weeks before you can download a video. Or, you could go ahead and donate money and start the downloading now.
I don't think there's a two week waiting period for uploading videos.

Welcome to the fourms. You can avoid the waiting period (but it involves donating money). But you can still enjoy usage of the fourms.
