When you post on a thread that no one has posted in for a large amount of time (dead thread).

A thread is generally considered dead after a week or two, but just stick to the first page of the forums to be safe (unless you have something important to say and don't want to make a new topic for it).

I think there are a bunch of threads going on in the "Off Topics" that should be killed and burned with no hope of revival.
