lol i'm always doing shit like that ... the best was my "got depends" avatar ... even though you couldn't read it. I might bring it back ... lol me and Jonmartensen both had avatars of old men with writing on them ... it was quite odd.

Amoung my favorite characters are the two girls. You have the quiet one and the loudmouth. I like that. But I also know what happens to them. Asuka, out of the coma, finding new inner strength, on the verge of winning the battle of her life and then.....yeah. Even though she ends up ok in the end there's still Rei. Rei all big and wings and glowing

. That is some animation I want to see. But after Shinji's rejection? *sigh* I saw a picture of her face in the end. That sent chills down my spine more then any other bloodbath. That's the kind of face that would haunt my dreams.

It may be a good movie and I'm sure it is but I don't like to see my favorite characters come to such an end. I'd rather just accept Episodes 25 + 26 and let that give it closure in my mind.

I'd like to watch Eva soon, personally, since a friend of mine has the DVD's... Not scared of the ending, I actually live off of tragedies and strange endings, but I can see why someone who just likes the characters and has a milder personality would sort of avoid it.
But heck, I need to see it myself first. My suspicion is that this is one of those things where characters lead themselves to an end... I suggest you just let it all go, watch it, and maybe you'll walk away with a strong and lasting impression. Suppose that is why I often prefer trgedies to nice, happy endings - they leave a longer-lasting impression as food for thought.
But if you really don't feel too good about this - noone's making you watch it

We only recommend.

If every theft of my bandwith on this forum was this good

I spent quite a few interesting minutes browsing through pics at a Rei shrine the other day. There's quite a lot of good avatar material with Rei, that's for sure.
