Well I'm waiting on the counter offer, then the house goes into escro. I figure the house will close in the middle of Feb. I'll then be taking some time in Feb. to clean the house up. So anyone who wants to help me fix up the house is more then welcome. Painting and patching, etc... I'll also be looking for atleast one additional roommate. (I will be getting DSL or Cable put in, not sure which yet.)

Then I figure in March, but most likely in April in correspondance with my birthday, I'll throw a party. Which I have a large front yard. (The back yard is small and all cement). It's a corner lot, with a big yard, with even a stone water fountain in the front yard. It's right near Azusa Highschool. Oh it's going to be so nice once it's cleaned up.

You think I'll have money for a plane ticket when I'm buying a house! I'm going to have two roommates just to help make the mortage payment. I'm going to be poor.

Okay, I got the counter offer, and had to drive in to the Realtor's office today to sign the papers for my counter offer. I hope they like it. <crosses fingers> I'm not offering as much money, but I'm working all their restraints. So if they accept, in apx. 30 days or less, I'll have my house. It's scary to think I could own a house by Christmas. (Well most likely New Years at the earliest, but still). So everyone cross your fingers with me, and hope oh hope that I get this house.

For those who don't know I graduated college last year, and have lived at home all my life. Instead of moving into an apartment I've been saving up to buy a house for about five years now. So after all this time, and putting up with living with my parents (who are actually wonderful people), I'm going to maybe get my dream, and own a house. It all seem surreal.
