I guess I should fill in more details. It's for a class assignment and it doesn't matter what the file size is, so I left the image with a basic aspect ratio.

What exactly did you have to do for the project? It just seems pretty random since I don't know what it's purpose is...

It's just for entertainment purposes, nothing fancy at all. The assignment was to just make a GIF image of at least 8 frames, using text or some kind of enhancement, and have a transistion or effect of some kind.
