I know of amazon.com as well as gamemusic.com.
I also sometimes go to tokyopop.com andmediaplay.
What other places are good for imported anime/game OSTs?

I was searching around for a cheap price on the Final Fantasy VII OST and I found out that the cheapest NEW buy was at DiscountAnimeDVD.com. You should try some anime sites liek AnimeNation or that site. Keep looking and you'll find a bunch of stuff at cheap prices!
