Shopping in Japan
This is more of a question but its related to "heads up" type of materials. There's certain anime goods and toys that you cant get a hold of in the US. I was wondering if anyone on the board, knows who, where, or actually can themselves get things in japan and have them sent over. I always find things super rare that you cant find in the US or online in english, and just need a contact or "shopper" in Japan. Well just wondering if anyone had any clues or reliable connections. Take care all! and thx.

Hmm, well, there are a number of sites that sell actual Japanese imports, which may or may not end up costing less than someone buying it and bringing it over... I don't want to risk posting up some of them as I'm not entirely sure whether some may carry bootlegs.
You may want to ask dokool though, I believe he's in Japan right now and may have some tips on that for you, if anything

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Viki from Japan Connection does exactly that type of thing. She mostly sells snacks and toys/collectibles, but she might be able to help out with other types of goods also. I'd highly recommend her; she's gone out of her way in the past to help track down some of the rarer snacks for me. She's absolutely great.
