Wow. That was pretty Wonderful XD I was a tad hesitant at first but man that was nice it was strong when it needed to be (towards the end). Do FXs mess with the video quality? idk much about that but I think the clip quality could have been better but it didn't stop me from enjoying it. Scene selection was pretty damn good for the most part I love how you did things (scene transitions). But the scenes did waver just a bit.
The layout at the beginning wasn't bad (suprised it lasted almost through the whole video but it didn't distract me much). I'll have to rewatch to catch everything. Personally there were only 2 things that bugged me. 4:20 there were color strips on the top and bottom of the screen. And the video quality ultamitely took away a bit from the video. But I love nice ideas and layout and this one was just fine to me. 3.7/5 mainly because of quality but it was a great watch :)

lmao, um, your video did have some cool effects, but they totally took away from the video rather than added to it, that strip at the bottom was really distracting and didn't fit the flow of the video what so ever. also a lot of your cutouts were odd in the sense you just added them in randomly, it did however look as though you spent quite a bit of time on the video, but perhaps you could of used efx that enhanced your video instead of just trying to show off effects. if you wanted to do that, then you should of made an action video where the efx would be more appropriate. , but atleast some of the efx were somewhat original.

This is a pretty sweet video: tons of action, appropriate song and your technical skills would certainly kick mine into orbit. OK, it doesn't have a strong story, but it's visually powerful, fun and not pretentious, which I think is much more important.

4.5/5

Its a nice idea but those moving clips with the bad looking borders at the end really destroyed the vid. And some of the masks wer looking a little poor. 2/5, but it not so completely bad.

I like the fact that you're creative and I respect the fact that you put a lot of effort into this.
Many effects were very untasteful and "forced in" though. And this filmstrip/little pictures/whatever thing you had going on at the bottom didn't work too well, especially since it was there for the whole duration of the amv.
Quality is also a big issue with this amv - it was, in short, terrible.
You have a lot to improve on, but seeing as you're willing to put a lot of effort into one amv I'd say you have potential.
Work on your quality and ..aeshetics.
The effects looked totally untasteful, more like a knowledge show-off / test rather than an enhancement to the amv, which is why effects should be there in the first place.
But I'm sure you did learn quite a few things while making this.
So keep it up? And higher.

(seems to me like someone was influenced by Shounen Bushidou..)

1. I don't know a Shounen Bushido
2. I'm afraid you completely missed the point of this video entirely if you truly believe I used the effects to show off. I'd say you only watched the video on the surface and failed to understand the hidden message of the film and for that I am sorry.
3. "untasteful?" Again I apologize for how you interpreted my video's overall design. Let's delve into the meaning of "tasteful," if you please... basically, it is all a matter of perception. If you find something tasteful, it would meet your standards of what is beauty or good. Now if something lacks taste or is "untasteful" as you put it, it has failed to reach your standards of beauty and it is for that that I am most apologetic. You truly must have a nose for only the finest and I hope one day to make a video so great that you won't repeatedly use the word "untasteful" to describe it.
4. I agree the quality was not great because I rendered it into a wmv file. There is no real excuse for this other than I was just too tired to render it and compress it in better quality though someday I might.
5. If I were to truly criticize my video, I would attack my ending for lacking a more powerful closure to the rest of the video. In the end the borders didn't come out very well and indeed it probably would've been better if I didn't use them. Yes the masking wasn't perfect and I expected some people to dislike and possibly hate the screens flowing by at the bottom or "little pictures" as you put it, though they were not still pictures but clips emphasizing the mood of the entire song by portraying provocative scenes in the different anime shows. Alas, it seems to me that this was effort wasted as you have only taken it as a way for me to "show off." I am deeply hurt by such an accusation and your encouragement for me to "keep it up and higher" is sadly disheartening as it contradicts what you have said prior to the aforementioned statement. Indeed I believe you only added such words to keep your comment from being a complete "bashing" of my video.

Thanks for your respects towards my efforts and I will strive to make a more tasteful video next time.

Your chum,

Super Vegetable
