Reminds me of the good old days. My first AMV was actually this same mix of Anime and Music and It is one of the most if not the most un-original ideas but lets see how good you did

I have to say, out of all the video's I've seen with this idea this has to be the best. Gewd Job 5/5
I'll keep this video on my comp for inspiration to edit.

I love how in a thread where respecting opinions was an issue my opinions were the only ones removed. Whatever.
Positives:
The video flowed very well. Your editing was quite smooth in a lot of places and this felt strangely original for a Naruto AMV in that it touched on most of the characters rather than a select few. Aside from your minor interlacing issues, your video quality was quite good as well. Did notice the subtitle in there but only after others mentioned it. I doubt I would have seen it otherwise, so well done on hiding it : )
I felt like this video definitely had something to say even if it wasn't a lyric by lyric interpretation. As a whole I feel this video captured the feel of the song and the emotions and actions of the characters in the scenes paralleled with what the song was talking about very well.
Negatives:
Minor interlacing and frame blending issues, but I mentioned how to fix those in a previous post(which was deleted despite the fact that it was helpful. Not going to rewrite all of it but if you need helping fixing it you know my MSN) Other than that the only thing that bothered me were some of the effects. Some of them were a tad questionable, with the exception of the use of white flashes/fade to white (whatever you prefer to call it).
Suggestions:
In the future maybe avoid some of those more complicated effects and stick to some of the basics. Just because an effect is in the software doesn't mean you need to use it, especially if it doesn't fit with the tone of your video. Simple effects like the flashes would have been sufficient, especially with the way your editing style is. Just be careful not to over complicate things for yourself as an editor. Sometimes simple is better.

Good vid
My only complaint, coming from someone with limited experience mind you, is that there was never a moment to catch your breath. I realize it was meant to be an action video but I never got a chance for anything to sink in, just all movement all the time. I feel like sometimes all your work can get lost in the chaos when no one has time to soak it all in for a sec. Just my opinion and seriously I liked the video
Good job!
