Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

I am not a regular in the AMV scene, in fact it's been over 7 years since I made the music video prior to this one. Recent cirumstances (a broken leg) left me with a lot of time on my hands and so I decided to make a new music video in the style of the ones I made so many years ago. That's why I'm using such a "classic" (some would say overused) anime for my video. There's nothing jaw-dropping here since my technique has not advanced for 7 years, but I'd like to think that the video is well made at least.

My videos usually have a weak setting or narrative, this one is about the mysterious strangers who arrive on Earth, and the Z fighters' efforts to stop them.

Comments both positive and negative are appreciated, I've not shown the video to many people yet and so I'd love to get some feedback. I must confess that some scenes have a watermark in the corner, this is because I couldn't be bothered ripping all of my Saiyan Saga DVDs for the clips I needed. I hope that's OK!

1. Link would be nice

2. You may want to host this locally on the org server, you'd get alot more attention/less BAD attention that way.

Yeah, I also suggest that you should upload it locally. I thought it was a pretty cool video even though I wasn't able to see how good the quality really was since it's streamed.Nice work.

Thanks for the advice! I have to head out right now but when I come home I'll look into uploading the video locally, with a non-streamed download.

edit: Original post updated, thanks guys!
