I LOVE IT!... and here we must say about problems... man, you dont have it in better quality? you couldn't do this is at least 640x480 xvid? this vid looks awful... quality is tragic.. rest is godlike.. for me...

Most effects were really fuggly.. and i couldent stand the quality!

mp4 is not bad, but the quality of the video at all is not the best also the resolution was very small. oh yeah and the sound was also not good.
as the other said befor, there are some guides here on the site where you can read something about it.
For me was the video not such great, some effects looks that you want to trie some effects but i dont know. And it was randrom and i think that there can be some little plot in it, but ok the song is for me after the first listn not such track where i think to see a better idea. Ok that means, that you can do it better, so try your best, also with the quality

MP4's what most people use now, wmv would probably rape the quality.

use zarxgui for encoding, which is included on the amvapp when downloaded. and about wmv, it really depends on how you set up ur template for you wmv, i've seen a few wmv video format which are top notch on quality.
