Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Cool looking banner!

/I was expecting something more fast paced but this is simply my bias towards trance. When I think of trance, I think of fast and flashy. Generally because the trance AMVs I see are like that.

OK, it was really slow, but because I follow a line more sentimental, than the most AMVs with trance. Thanks for the comment and for having enjoyed the banner. :)

This is a nice amv, but its not very exciting. I understand that you wanted this amv to be sentimental, but I think that sentimental amvs need to have some sort of plot or at least a definite theme. And towards the end of the amv, the sences from Yogurting don't really follow the trend that the rest of your amv sets. They are fast paced, flashy, and action packed whereas the rest of your amv is slow and calm.
In a nutshell, I think that this amv was just caught between 2 worlds. It uses anime that are sentimental and very emotional. So with this in mind, it only makes sense for it to be slow and calm. But on the other hand, it has a fast paced song. So It is almost forced to have moments where its sentimental feelings and emotions are lost due to beats and fast timings.

Oh and, I really like the way you listed your anime during the credits. It makes it easy to determine what scenes were from which anime. And also, I don't think that I have ever seen a amv that has a image of the album where its audio came from. That was a great Idea. It makes your amv feel really professional.

I give this amv a 4.1 out of 5

Thank you for comment. In my next AMV I try to be more cohesive in theme.

Thanks too for the note and to have enjoyed the credits, I tried to do something really different. ^^

I'm sorry, but this AMV is par for the course in Nostromo wannabes.

This AMV told me nothing other than you know where to find pretty footage, have trance music and can chroma key.

Once again, sorry, but there was nothing special about this video at all.

I entirely agree with Radical_Yue about it being nothing special....and the fact that you used a videocopilot template in the intro was such a turn off  1/5

Radical_Yue and Zenkia, even so, thanks. I'm still starting but worth the tips and comments, try to improve in the next.
