  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Well I had this idea of making a Golden Boy AMV
so I was thinking that this song might actually fit to Golden Boy
and well my idea was a success haha

I've done this during this weekend (Fri - Sat)

Well hope you enjoy people!

Pretty good video but my gosh dude i see what blabbler meant by the fades, You must really really like that transition effect. But other wise hectic and random which is rather funny.

Edit: In general,I i didn't like it.From the bad Visual Quality to the odd fades.Indeed i enjoyed some parts of the AMV.But not enough to make me interesting,So final verdict - 2.5/5 :(.( I arez sad now)

no it's not that i like the transition it's just..i want everything to be in it's place and be in order..
if i just crossfade it..it would look stupid..wouldnt have any meaning then..just keep on crossfading..so i used fade out
that's the only thing i could've thought of that would fit to the beat..
plus in this kind of music i, in my opinion I would rather yous fades out than crossfading or using any other transition..
but ok i guess...everyone has his own opinion :)

it's not the AMV's quality
i would rather say the oldness of the anime which makes the quality bad
and as i said..the fades were meaningful in my point of view..if i just go on to the next scene without any transitions it would look plain boring if you ask me..and if i used some crossfades it would look clumsy. I.M.O
but thnx anyways :D

Soooo random. The fades didn't bother me as much as the severe lack of context/purpose.

But reminds me very VAUGELY [qualifying the shit out of this statement] of CopyCatRevolver's style of editing. Ephasis on beat sync and randomness than story/context.
