Great work, exactly how serious trailers should be done. Especially good to see that you kept the characters really consistent - they all just fit. Action sync needn't be mentioned.
If it weren't for the obviously non-european setting, I could've been fooled this was the real movie

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

From the very beginning I was wondering if I will be able to pull of a serious trailer. It's really easy to screw up things like this. Good I was able to make it look somehow authentic. Glad you enjoyed it.Otohiko wrote:Great work, exactly how serious trailers should be done. Especially good to see that you kept the characters really consistent - they all just fit. Re: The Last Legion [Seirei no Moribito AMV]
You didn't have the most promising source material to work with for this AMV - I never even remembered The Last Legion, and looking at its review history on Rotten Tomatoes it was pretty much universally panned. While I've never seen the film itself, the trailer hardly encourages, with ponderous, lumbering dialogue which crushes the spirit rather than quickening the pulse.
Still, you made a fair stab at cultivating something worthwhile out of dry soil, which is worth applause. The anime scenes match the audio quite well, injecting the trailer with some stimulating novelty, but it's hard to avoid being dragged down by the weight of the dull audio. An 'A' for effort, but I can't say that I like the AMV itself.

Hmmm
As far as I can remeber the Last Lagion wasn't so sophisticated movie... But I haven't seen trailer of this...
Anyway you did a great job that trailer suits perfect!
Far better then your last trailer, that from nine? was a pice of u know what.
This time you put more effort into it so the results is obviously awesome
