Nobody every shows love for new editors. People gotta start somewhere, and I find myself being the one to step up to the plate very often, oh well. I'll get this and let ya know what I think.

edit: I see you used the same song as the video that made you get into editing, well you should have taken a note or two from the actual editing that that person did. When there is a strong beat in the song you should have some scene change or high impact scene, also the Subtitles are a no-go. Get them out of there, whether you buy the DVDs and rip them or find them somewhere, or just crop out your subs. Now there was really no actual editing in this, you literally just showed basically a straight scene of footage which didn't really accomplish anything. You tried lip sync either on accident or on purpose, but before trying to do that I think you need to get the very basics down. :38, I don't know if you threw this effect on there or if you stole these clips from another vid, either way don't do stuff that's ugly and doesn't fit the sound of the song. Your beginning was actually alright until about 8 seconds. There was some build up and you had some good movement shots, then a slow transition to gray and a white flash, which all synced to stuff.. but yah.

Try just watching videos on the org and reading some guides and stuff and try to see what even just the basics of editing are.

Nice job for a first, 3/5. I like the internal sync and shet.

You might want to do better atmosphere, for instance at the beginning is like a slow build-up, but you already show luffy fighting full force.

That, and the subtitles were a complete buzzkill. See if you can get sources without them.

Well, NS pretty much said everything. I can only repeat. You need to work on your basics: timing, concept etc. Also try not to have overused effects like TV simulator, unless it fits thematically somehow. NS also gave you a good advice, by saying you should watch some good AMVs. I knew some people who did amazing even for their first AMV, simply because they had wactched many good videos. Keep trying.
