Well, it actually didn't start going viral until around 11/22-11/24, I just didn't post it on a-m-v.org until now, so it's not quite as fast as you think it was O_O Also, I uploaded it on Youtube on October 9th, so it took a while for people to start really passing it around.kireblue wrote:I'm so jealous right now that I could seriously throw up. Little Kuriboh / CardgamesFTW just favored your video about 2 hours ago, so your AMV truly is viral right now. I haven't seen anything go viral this fast since Attack of the Otaku and Skittles.

Re: Every Anime Opening Ever Made
I liked the opening video, good sync and concept, but like was said, not much to see after one view. Also the blur borders on the left and right side of some clips.. is reallllly realllly bad and idk what it is, but don't do it .

Pretty sure that's also a part of the "parody" slant.NS wrote:Also the blur borders on the left and right side of some clips.. is reallllly realllly bad and idk what it is, but don't do it .

That's fine, but at least be consistent with it. How it's used in this makes it seems like it was accidental or doesn't serve a purpose. Right when I thought he was doing it on purpose it wouldn't be there any more. I know for me it was very distracting.

it's pretty simple. it's instead of leaving black borders on the sides when the intro sources he used were 4:3 instead of 16:9.NS wrote:That's fine, but at least be consistent with it. I did this pretty quick and dirty so I didn't explore my options for making them 16:9. So I'm all ears ^^Nya-chan Production wrote:There are also better ways to deal with that >.>

Re: Every Anime Opening Ever Made
Usually you crop 16:9 sources and make the whole video 4:3
The other option you have is upscaling 4:3 to 848 (or whatever used) width and then cropping them up and down, but there you have the problem of worse quality.
And other, more complex stuff, which differs case to case.
