Eh... I thought the scene correlation was ok but the constant fades to the vocals got old and the snapshot fade outs in the beginning didn't work well IMO. Guess I would have just liked to see a bit of diversity in sync, style, or something through this. The mood and flow matched well with the song IMO though. Think I only really enjoyed this cause of the mood it set to the lyrics, just sayin.

It seems the general consensus so far is just "okay" and I feel about the same on this one. I felt more like I was watching a slide show than a video - not for lack of movement/action, but because it was a series of individual clips with no real cohesion.

Kenzichu - I mean this as constructively as possible and not as a put down, but I've been watching your videos for awhile now and lately I feel distracted while watching them, like I can never really focus. I think you try to use too many different animes in a single video for me to really get interested in a video as a whole. A lot of your earlier videos were single-anime, and I can see the correlation between you getting more used to using scripts/editing programs and the increase in number of anime you use in a video.

I get the impression that a chunk of your videos are just songs that you really like and then edit to them, which isn't a bad thing, they just don't keep my interest. I personally would like to see more focused videos from you, where I can tell you have a purpose, like Callie's Angel Day (which I loved and cried like a baby while watching). I don't know if any of these ramblings are helpful or not, but it's something that's been on my mind and I didn't have a good opportunity to share it with you.

as for your notes. thank you so much for writing this down for me. I know i've been lacking focus, well. Yeah, even in life i am. I thought i wanted to quit making amvs a few days ago. Honestly, you may have just stopped me from doing so. I do enjoy using multiple anime because i love to lyrical sync. I have two videos that have been sitting on my hard drive, one with one anime, and one with multi. I just haven't been in the editing mood at all for..months now. although, i needed someone to pull me in and say " hey. you're work is starting to suck. Remember what you started editing for."
I feel a spark in me again. Like i wanna edit. This is amazing!
