ummm...Ok...Would you mind telling me why not?As you may or may not see I'm fairly new here so I don't know what goes and what doesn't,that's just a standard message I leave at the end on my videos...If people WOULD do those things I wouldn't have to leave it at all but since they don't I have to do everything in my power to remind them...That's how people get better-by others sharing their opinions with them and liking or dislking their videos not just watching it and keeping everything to yourself...

Why would I subscribe to your channel? How would that help you? You just want as many subscribers as you can to boost your ego and feel more awesome. So no, I won't subscribe. I didn't see anything of interest here that could make me subscribe.

To begin with, you didn't even upload a full AMV, and announcing incomplete videos here is not advised. Also, all I could remember from your video was the watermark on the top-right corner, your name on the bottom-right corner, and random fight scenes that I've seen millions of times before - combined with some standard Vegas transitions. So, to fulfill your wish: here is my comment. I would probably rate it 1.5/5 in all honesty, and no, I still won't subscribe.

This is SERIOUS BUSINESS!

Also, he's just trying to help you out man If you wanna get more people to comment on here, usually, you want to avoid things that make you seem like your trying to gain attention. Basically, most of us here have a standard of what we like to see in an AMV, and, usually, if no one comments on an amv, it means that 1) Your amv is boring as hell, 2) You announced ahead of time that your trying to gain attention (The 'Rate, comment and subscribe -thing) or 3) the forums just aren't very active around that time. Usually its #3 cause I've seen some awesome amvs that barely have a comment on them.

Anyway, point is, if you want people to comment on your video on here, you should avoid putting things that make you sound like your desperate to gain attention for your youtube channel. Also, making friends on here and talking about random bull-shit is another way to gain good attention as an editor on here as well... Just... don't post your amvs constantly cause it doesn't look good and makes you seem like you didn't put any real effort as an editor.

You shouldn't be so rough on the newbies, Animated san. xD Though, Animated is right about adding water marks, and announcing a beta on here. We will be more interested in your amv if you put enough effort to complete it. I can understand that you're eager to know what everyone thinks about it, but just have patients, and get it done.

As for what I think, well... yea it just seems like a typical amv any new editor would make. Random fighting scenes+CC+watermark = newbie in vegas. we all went through this phase... well, i sorta kept most of it to my self. I don't think your bad at all, you just have to work on your syncing the most. Though, with that said, you still have a long way to go in pretty much all aspects of editing, as in, scene selection, theme, and most importantly a original editing style. Just try to do something different. Pick a song that isn't being abused by other editors as much, and pair it with a source that you think would go nicely with it. It doesn't have to be your favorite anime always, you just have to be open to all sources out there. And please, a word of advice, don't just throw effects into your work if they aren't necessary. I would highly suggest doing raw editing first, and work on your scene selection, flow and syncing. Effects can be very powerful when used right, but they can also ruin a perfectly good amv when they are just thrown in there for the sake of having effects. Hope this clears up most of the things for you. Just have fun with it, and don't stress about gaining subs. I'm sure it does motivate you, but at the end of the day, we all edit videos for the fun of it and to, of course, express our artistic side I suppose.. O_o.

As for the rate/comment/subscribe thing, I don't see anything wrong with that or with wanting attention for your video. Isn't that the point of uploading/announcing a video here in the first place? The only way I'd consider it taboo is just that it's promoting Youtube rather than a-m-v.org, which just contributes to the "dead" factor, but there's nothing inherently wrong with wanting ratings/feedback.
