In terms of your video, I'd first recommend that you wait a little bit before editing with shows. Episode 1 of Fuuka just aired yesterday, so you only had 20 minutes of footage at most. In order to make sure that they have all of its footage and best scenes at their disposal, a lot of people wait till a show is over before editing with it. This is because editing with just 1 episode will rarely have enough footage to carry the entire video. You could have given this video so much more sync, movement, and feeling if you had more footage.

Its a bit long, but I feel that all new editors should read it at least once. It has a lot of really good information about sync and methodology of AMV editing.
