I hadn't made a full AMV in 4 years or a music video of any kind in 2 years, mostly due to lack of time and inspiration. Thankfully, the latter showed up after watching Kingsglaive and after choosing the right song, I got to work.

Like most of my editing, this is old school. No After Effects. I use a fair amount of animated pans and zooms for added dynamism and ramping for precision internal sync, but that's as crazy as I get.

I enjoyed it on first view, then it got weird : d. A little more adhd editning it could use imo, but I guess this was intended to be this way and i liked some subtle stuff going on. Also got me intersted in band, i need that song xD.
Still better than that MMO.

My style is a little methodical, I know, but that's just how I prefer to edit. If you'd like to see one of my action videos that's a little more frenetic, you could check out "Samurai Armageddon." I think I was successful in pushing myself there. :-)

I'd experiment more, but I just don't have much time to edit these days.
