This Fall

Hello again, this is not something I generally make but again it's made for someone else. I'm glad I got the opportunity because this is second amv I completed this month. This time I got to work on sources I never used before, so I really enjoyed working on it. That said, I hope you enjoy this video too.

I also made another version where I used some sound effects and some dialogues. I didn't upload since it's unpolished but I'd like to know what you think about it. Is it good idea to have sound effects and some dialogues or is it good as is. If you would like to check it I can share.





There's one source that may seem a bit odd since others are just anime. It's because I actually was going to use game footage too but ended up using just one because of animation style and scenes.

Interesting video. You had some good matching sync going on here and you stayed fairly well in pace with the song. I did feel like the scenes were a bit too similar and tad impersonal, just felt like a visual spectacle and didn't really impact the emotions in anyway. I feel for this type of trailer type video dialogue would probably help to connect with the viewer better. As it is now it was hard to tell what the connection between any of the sources was besides somewhat being visually similar. Anyhow, a good AMV and best of luck to ya.

Thank you for feedback, I'm glad you like it. I understand what you said about shots not connecting but this is simply a sneak peek of ongoing or upcoming anime this year. I always try to keep some structure or direction in video even if it doesn't have a story. In this video, as you can see I have shown adversity and heroes or protagonist of respective anime fighting against it. I generally don't make videos as ones I posted this year but it was made on request. That said, I'm glad to have explored a different genre and your feedback helps me understand my mistakes.
