I saw Blinding Lights, Jujutsu Kaisen and missed the comedy tag, so going in I found myself totally unprepared for the hilarious lip sync you have in here. Maybe being blindsided (haHA) was a good thing since I had a great time. Not only is the syncing hysterical, but the technical side is solid too. My only criticism is that during the long one note ooooooooooh moments, you mostly just have a freeze frame of someone with their mouth open. It doesn't quite work and I wonder if some sort of effects could have been used over the stills to make it clear that music is coming out. Otherwise, great job. I liked it a lot.

Maybe with some kind of smooth zoom in + rotation you would get the freeze frames as dynamic as they should be for the parts - another trick would be to add a moving scene layered on the freeze frame to make up for the missing dynamic. Or even combining both.

I think it mostly catches our attention because the rest of the AMV is quite fast paced and you used very many fast-animated scenes, so the freezes really come out. The cutting itself is pretty effective, i escpecially like when you put the transitions on the higher synth-line of the track from 1:16 on and again at around 2:40.

The lip-sync is gorgeous (except maybe for the long notes as mentioned), i can only imagine how much work it can be do find the right scenes for the phrases as i haven't done it before.
