I was thinking about waiting until I went to either NDK or AnimeFest in September to put this up on the internet. So this is a good time to ask a question I had. I noticed at an old convention sight that they would disqualify any videos they thought had been seen too much. And by looking around the forum I've seen things that give me the idea that once it's on the internet, it's not a good idea to show an AMV at any conventions. So considering those two cons are three months away, am I going to have to come up with something new to show?Bahamut God wrote:Tash wrote: Anyway, either way it was really good. Did you submit it to any cons?

- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
- Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

No! Not at all!!! It's videos that have been at too many contests that are frowned upon, because they make it more difficult for new videos to win the awards.kurt wrote: I noticed at an old convention sight that they would disqualify any videos they thought had been seen too much. Great AMV, I haven't laughed at an AMV, thought it was hillarious. A friend of mine who is a huge Excel Saga fan loved it too, keep up the good work

I just got back from the pvp forums and I'm relieved to find out that your a real person. I just got off the phone with my sister, chewing her out because I thought you were just an alias she used to give me another good score after seeing in your profile that my video was the only one you'd reviewed.Arctyc wrote:I've said it elsewhere, and I'll say it here, kurt. That was comedic genius.
(It helps that your sis is advertising your work elsewhere, too )
I feel stupid now. But relieved.
Thanks for the comments!

Kurt, I love you dearly, and you know I'd throw myself off a cliff for you, but I haven't, and will never, smurf accounts just to boost your ego. The reviews you've received have been honestly earned, so there.kurt wrote:I just got back from the pvp forums and I'm relieved to find out that your a real person. Although I will admit Kurt, that your courtesy should be applauded. Only submitting to cons you're going to, thinking about what others think, respecting your fellow creator and so on.AbsoluteDestiny wrote:No! Not at all!!! See you at AnimeFest, like last year. Thank God I have no comedy videos this year since you spanked me last year
