It was pretty good. I have also made a DBZ mv or two to the Matrix songs. Your's kinda reminds me of my Navras video... Anyway, for the review.

Ok, here goes...
General Comments
The timing was pretty darn good. I agree with Daio Kaji, it was a little long for the same thing. I zoned out a little near the end, but not for long. But that is pretty good, concidering I have ADD (Attention Defficit(sp?) Disorder). All aroun I liked it, and I think it was pretty good for a first video. Much better than mine were...
The Good
The timing was pretty good, as I have said. The video out put quality was great. Audio quality was great. For such a long video on the same thing, it keep me intrested mostly. You started and ended the video very well.
The Bad
I have a personal grudge against Divx. I don't know why, but I hate the logo. It might have something to do with the fact that I lost a contest "only" because there was a Divx logo on the bottom the whole time. (A long story).
The video ends very abruptly, cutting off the last few seconds of the audio. You drag the Spirit Bomb on too long in my opinion. I think there are one or two more clips that were a little too long as well, but the Spirit Bomb was the longest. With a song that up-beat, you want fast clips to match. The slower parts of the song were done well, but there was one point where you had some clips were the beat was fast, and they were not.
**********
I will leave an op on your video in the opinion area too. It will be the same thing, but there will be one more number in your opinions box.

~BTW, anyone ready to flame me, or get angry with me for my opinion here: It is "my" opinion. My opinion, mine, my own. So you don't have to agree with it. I have said before, our different minds are what make us individuals. And the world would be a booooooooooooooooring place if we were all the same... So please don't tell me how I should think. If you want to comment on my opinion, or disagree with it and tell why you do, that is fine. But don't tell me my opinion is wrong and I should change it. It just gets plain annoying after hearing it all the time, and I can get fed up with it. So I respect your opinions and I would like the same from you.~
Thank you.

Back on topic, I liked the video and would like to keep it in my favorites if it is alright with the owner. It is one of the ones I will watch over and over(being the obsessed DBZ fan that I am) again.

beowulfe, did you bother to read the agreement that you have to acknowledge when you uploaded your vid?

You know, the one that says that you can't upload videos that use downloaded footage? Both you and Scyclone should know better.

Scyclone, you're just talking out your ass. My first three AMVs, no previous messing around beforehand:

1. Warning - didn't go anywhere
2. Fine Again - Anime Boston 2003 finals
3. See Ya Later, Naota - Otakon 2003 finals

Believe it or not, there *are* good early vids. It just takes more than WMM and downloaded source footage to make them.

well, you can go even further, you can have a good 1st video with movie maker
it's a basic program and as long as the effort is put forth, the video can be good

not a 1st video, but this was made with WMM
Beautiful Day in an Average Town
If you're reading this, you've gone too far...PREPARE FOR RETRIBUTION!!
Don't judge an AMV by it's anime.. u nooB ;D

Not downloaded as in stolen off Kazaa. Downloaded from a site that had clips to download specifically for making AMVs. They didn't even have sound, so it's not like I stole them. Don't go flaming before you know what's going on.

Wow, you made good videos. Good thing you're not stuck up and braggy about it. Because people like that are assholes. Listen, I'm a nice guy, and I don't like flamers. That has nothing to do with the topic. I asked for reviews and help, not you coming in here and bragging/flaming. If you wanna do that, go elsewhere. You used a commercial product? Good for you. I haven't had the chance to get one yet. Don't you have anything to do besides flame a forum and discourage people's first attempts? You just admitted that your first one went nowhere. Neither did mine. I'm working on one for the comp. I could be just as good as you, and you'd be too busy being an ass to know.

Anyway, thanks for the reviews and help that you people have. For the most part ::glares at DOKool:: people are nice. Thanks for the support. Any more advice, keep 'em coming please. :D

Oh.. wait.. im sorry..
I'm talking out the wrong end.

You know, in all honestly, I don't give a flying fack how well you did. As far as the downloaded footage, as Beo said, applies to downloading episodes off of kazaa. We searched for countless hours to find little 30 second at best clips of certain scenes to hack and slash awya at. You're just an arrogant little bastard.

By the way, this is a REVIEW ON HIS VIDEO.

Not a flame fest.

Go take your damn videos and your snobby spoiled ass and jump off my boat. Because, I am not in the mood to maroon someone out on an island and leave them a dart gun to end their misery with.

Simply put, shut up and go away.

As far as the clips go, some of us don't rob from our parents or sell crack on the street to buy sixty thousand various anime dvds.

So DOfool

Tribal Council has spoken, now get off my damn island.

See you in hell asshole :)

*Don't even dare start a flame war with me, I am up there with the best on it, Arrogant little child.*

Have a Scyclone filled day,

Scyclone, Killin' em 1 word at a time.

Actually, no, downloaded footage is downloaded footage. It applies to fansubs off Kazaa, 30-second clips off the internet, and stealing clips from other people's AMVs. Anyone else on the site will back me up on this. While I don't expect beowulfe to understand this as he's only been around for about 3 weeks, I expect you, Scyclone, to get the idea, as you've been around for almost a year and should know how things work on the site by now.

No, I'm pretty sure what we do is fine, considering it's, you know, still LEGAL. They don't want people STEALING anime, because if people did that they'd be hurting the shows instead of making tributes for them. Knock off the attitude, you're wrong, now go away.

Heh, what Beowulfe said is true.

You may "understand" how the site works... But I do not give a damn what you think. I will make my videos the way I want to make them. So get over your damn self proclaimed glory, and shut the hell up and leave. We do not want you to post on this forum again, is that understood, failure to follow this request will be tallied up as harrassment and annoyance, which will probably result in something more critical. Word of advice, good amv makers don't demean others by saying they are amateur and that their videos are all so great. Bragging only proves your arrogance, you may be a better video maker than me, but I can live with that knowing that I am a better person.

As I said, be gone, I do not want to dishonor myself any further by argueing with you.

To anyone else viewing these forums, I appologize, some people just won't give up. Now can we get back to helping my friend out here, it means alot to me as it does him for any input. I thank those who have already left input and his newest video hes working on is already showing improvements thanks to your help. :)

Thanks again,

Scyclone
