Indeed. But it's nothing I'd go gaga over.bote wrote:It was pretty cool. I especially liked the bloody text on Naruto in the beggining and the stuff with the eyes at about 2:20. Nice maskings too. The thing with Naruto's 3rd eye must've taken ages to be placed properly. It needed more timing though and I don't think "Stan" fits the other 2 songs, but overally it was "harashov" .

Hmmm... good vid !
Only thing that bothered me was that, first part music was way too slow for that vid.
Im not going to say good things... i think that my fingers will scream mercy, coz' there is so much of good points in this vid !

You are my new God. Not that I had one to begin with. Just...wow.
Good things first. I really like the juxtaposition of clips (VERY well done) and how you represented the Kyuubi within Naruto.
Bad things...just a few tiny things. The text, for one, is impossible to read without pausing and looking closely. Try adding a thick black stroke around it. Also...yes, the ending ruins it. If you're gonna have an extra ending, just have one or the other. I like the second one better, but really, you're destroying the effect by just having it drag on.
I LOVE THIS VIDEO. It's absolutely amazing...you are a genius.

Bingo. Spooge-worthy effects, but far too frequent and overdone for my taste.Voices_Of_Ryan wrote:My biggest complaint though, stems from the fact that I don't think this is a video really geared towards people like myself. I don't know what it is about the video, but I just never found it emotionaly shaking enough to get me to feel anything besides a bit of awe for the effects.
I also thought a lot of the action was forced and didn't match the song. There were way too many cuts in those parts where I didn't feel any intensity from the song, but the visuals still kicked into "ass-whoopin" gear. When the visuals and audio conveyed different emotions (granted, it's all my personal interpretation) then the video became quite dull and inappropriate.
Still damn impressive effects-wise, I just don't get any other enjoyment out of this.

Thank you for your replies!
To be honest, its not our first ever vid, but realy our first vid in AE, since it was for us the learn-on-fly exercise or something.
Well, it was not so bad attempt as we can see. ^^' We tried to sync anything we can and we think we did it right at most places. Yes it is more personaly to understand the rhytm of the song, we did it as we see fit, and thats why someone can see it other way. Well we hope you still can found something you like in this vid...
Yes, many people says the transition between parts is weird, but (its very personaly opinion) we think it was arranged well to fit our goals. Oh well, peoples think different... ^^'
And the long third part intro - realy the third part is the titles themself. We thought there must be some distance inbetween the part 2 and the titles in part 3, since the story melded into the titles need time to form ambience in it own way and make preparations to conclude the clip. Thats was our plot. ^^'

I always stop it after the first song ends. The other two just aren't worth it... ruins the feel of the video.
Imho get your point and story across and get out... don't hang around with other songs trying to get your point across. You did it fine with the first one. Just stop while your ahead in the future.
Also If you stopped at the first song you could have avoided the horror of the spelling error at the Stan.
"Do you realy think so?"Two "L's" in that one.
I prefer old school videos with little to no special effects. But you added nicely to it. By adding I mean that if someone hasn't seen Naruto they wouldn't know you put alot of the effects in. To me thats the sign of success.
