Ello everyone! This is my Forum Debut!
My video is using clips from Cowboy Bebop- Knockin' on Heavens Door. The song is Vitamin R by Chevelle. It I have a youtube.com link for it which I will put down below. If you would like to download it, be my guest. Some of my other AMV's are on there as well. I'll also post a link to the others. The reason I won't be putting most of them on here is that they are not finished. I'm goign to re-make them once I get the raw version of Advent Children. Well...enjoy ^_^; constructive critacism is welcome.

Let me start of by saying that this song fit the villain of the anime very well and it would have been a lot better if you had focused on him more than Spike.
The overall quality of the music and video was quite good. I especially like the end shot with the text at the end, as the song and the anime really came together there.
For the rest, though, you could have done a lot better. When I saw the first shot of the villain I thought this might actually be quite good, but I was a bit dissapointed. The good thing about Chevelle is that they combine action and drama, this had no drama though and the action wasn't that good. Try using more cuts and actually timing the action on the beats and the ups and downs in the music. Also when the music is at a low outside the chorus use less action and more dramatic shots.
I might actually want to redo your vid myself, but only with your permission. As I said before, the villain and the song really go well together.
In conclusion I think you probably had a very good idea, but it was poorly executed through inexperience. Keep at it.
