It's soo obviously downloaded footage.. that watermark was annoying.. the vid had some good timing.. some effects felt pointless, felt sort of random.. had a problem with the visual quality.. some good action.. overall not that bad for a first video!

I can't agree with "pointless" and "random". I didn't try to find out how they will fit. No, vice versa, I think they are on their place...

Problem with quality...yep...it's not DVD rip, just Mpeg-4 fansub...I've tried to improve it by FX...but...it was tooooo bad from the beginning

Darius asked me to take a look at this and actually rex already said most of the things I'd have mentioned. But I wouldn't say that the effects were pointless since I always like eyecandy and moreover they weren't distracting. Like he said you shouldn't use subs and the timing was pretty nice that's about it.
